For assistance with installed batteries, please download, complete and save a copy of the Warranty Claim Form & Battery Test Sheet with your information. This may be attached and submitted with your online Support Ticket.
If you wish to fax your copy, please first submit a support ticket, noting the form will be submitted separately, and fax the completed details to +44 (0)1489 579913 referencing your ticket number.
